RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, You could return your item to us for a refund within 3 days after you have received the item as per the guidelines below.

Items may be returned for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee (per item), and processing fees. Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.

3 Days Return ( All wigs displayed on website) except customized wigs 

You could return your item to us for a refund within 3 days after you have received the item. We only accept returned item which is in its original brand new condition with the product tag attached and wigs displayed on our website, and it must be back in the original plastic packaging bag. Anything missing will not be eligible for a refund. A refund will be made after we have received the item, Inspected its condition and confirmed that the returned item has not been used, combed or worn.

CUSTOM WIG ORDERS ( NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE )

Custom orders both synthetic & human hair are made especially for you according to your specifications one hair at a time, therefore  custom wig returns are not accepted. We recommend that you take your measurements carefully to ensure that your custom order fits correctly. We will not accept returns due to custom orders not fitting properly, or if it does not produce the look you wanted for yourself.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We don’t do Exchange at the moment.

exceptions; 1. Orders can be changed/Cancelled  ASAP after placing your order. There will be 25% restocking fee for refund over 12 hours but within 3 days.

 

POSTAGE OF RETURNED ITEM

Customers will be responsible to pay for the postage to return the item

*Shipping cost is non-refundable in both options.

Note: Make sure to provide us a tracking number when you send the item back.
